Who we are

Portal Mangay (portalmangay.com) is a BL, manga and manhwa review site connected to the @portalmangay Instagram profile. This policy explains what data is processed when you visit the site and how you can exercise your rights, including under Brazil's General Data Protection Law (LGPD).

Data we collect

The site has no sign-up, login, comments or forms. We don't ask for your name, email or any other personal data to read the reviews.

Some technical data is still processed automatically:

• Server logs. The site is hosted by Netlify, which logs technical data for each visit, such as IP address, browser type, page visited and time. These logs keep the site running and secure.
• Preferences in your browser. When you choose a language or theme (light or dark), that choice is saved in your own browser's local storage so it's remembered on your next visit. It is not sent to us, and you can delete it by clearing the site's data in your browser.
• Ads. The site may show Google AdSense ads. In that case, Google and its partners may use cookies, as explained below.

We don't sell personal data. Technical data is processed by the services that run the site: Netlify (hosting) and, if ads are shown, Google and its advertising partners. These services may store data outside Brazil and follow their own privacy policies.

The site links to Instagram and other sites. When you follow those links, their privacy policies apply.

Your rights

You can ask us to confirm whether we process your data, and request access, correction, deletion, information about sharing, or withdrawal of consent. Since the site keeps no accounts, in most cases we hold no data that directly identifies you. You can still contact us at the email below.

Audience

Portal Mangay discusses works with adult themes and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect data from children.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy, for example when adding new services to the site. The date of the last update is always shown at the top of the page.
