Cigarette Burns

Not recommended 1/5Radiation

I always consider myself someone open to reading anything. Anything at all. But this work? It was simply TOO MUCH for me. The only aspect that deserves any star is the art – well done and detailed. Beyond that, what we find here is a sea of abuse and extremely heavy scenes.

We follow the story of Neul, a young man who, since his teenage years, has served a powerful criminal organization called Baekya. He is forced to be the "personal ashtray" of Inyeop, the son of the organization's boss, enduring physical abuse that leaves his body marked with cigarette burns, and he completely loses his ability to taste food.

You can already feel how heavy this story is, right? If I had to define this work in one word, it would be BRUTAL. From beginning to end, all we see is continuous, relentless abuse. And no, I'm not exaggerating – this story is a festival of suffering.

It's the kind of work that only people with certain fetishes, worrying ones to say the least, could find even remotely interesting. Do I recommend it? Not at all. In fact, it's the kind of manhwa that anyone who likes it should think twice before commenting on. Honestly, it is very heavy and brings no improvement or redemption over the course of the plot.

If you have the slightest sensitivity, stay far away. This is definitely not a work for the faint of heart.
